Gaia Residences, Gamuda Garden

Gaia Residences is the first high-rise serviced residence in Gamuda Gardens, offering a scenic view of the 810-acre Gamuda Gardens township from an elevated perspective.

CHALLENGES

As the client is one of the biggest players in the property development market in Malaysia, we were tasked with continuing some renderings from the initial batch of renderings. The client is looking for a more lush landscape for exterior renderings, whereas for ID renderings we were requested to provide our own ID concept to match the market trend.

APPROACH

We first conducted a comprehensive study on the architectural and landscape drawings, working closely with architects and landscape architects to find out the unique selling point of their main concept.
With the trust of the clients, we were tasked with coming up with a comprehensive 360VR and applying it to the interactive wall inside their entertainment room. We also proposed dual-control by using hand gesture kinetics apart from the touch screen.
