Sunway Geolake, Sunway Property

A lakeside residence that is connected to the best of Sunway City's best destinations that are easily accesible via BRT, LRT, KTM or the elavated canopy walk. Although located in a bustling city, residents of Sunway Geolake will be able to enjoy relaxed living spaces, lavish facilities, disabled-friendly conveniences and a calming environment. Sunway Geolake also implemented the first ever urban farming community in Sunway City to promote eco-concious living.

CHALLENGES

For this project, we were tasked to produce CGI Rendering, animation that comes with video production which involved talents. This was our first art direction for video production with 3D Animation Video. The entire video production was talent-driven, shooting on green screen and rotoscoping.
The most challenging part of the entire video shoot was to make sure all the talents and crew team arrived at the location on time in order to capture the atmosphere of sunrise.

APPROACH

We first conducted a comprehensive study on the architectural and landscape drawing, working closely with architects and landscape architects to find out the unique selling point of their main concept.
With the trust of clients, we were tasked to come out with a comprehensive 360VR and apply it to the interactive wall inside their Entertainment Room. We also proposed dual-control by using hand gesture kinetic apart of touch screen.

RESULT

This project had all the team members at Framemakers Creative working extremely hard that lasted for a few weeks. When internal and external factors came into play, we managed in-house talents and professional talents, 3D and FX artists. This was a success not only with the project but also helped Framemakers Creative build great skills in coordination and teamwork!
