Illaria Hillside Home, Gamuda Garden
Illaria Hillside Home is located on the most elevated hillside in Gamuda Garden, offering a panoramic view of the entire masterplan of Gamuda Gardens township.
CHALLENGES
Gamuda assigned us to provide 7 variant ID concepts and designs for all the 7 product units with straight-through online web 360VR show units.
It was specifically developed as part of the client's digital marketing kit to allow buyers to experience all the unit layouts and IDs via online Web 360VR.
APPROACH
We had a discussion with the marketing team to first identify the target group of customers for each unit type and architectural concept. The ID concept was built on the needs of small and medium families with various ID themes.

- It was an incredible collaboration with Gamuda Gardens for all the variety of ID designs and concepts. While this was a challenge, we are glad that we completed it within the timeframe.
