Jendela Residences resides in a premier address that features curated homes, spectacular views - all within a golf resort enclave. It has easy accessibility to city life and is a sanctuary away from the fast pace of the city. Well connected via major highways, getting to major destinations in Greater Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley will be a breeze.
For this project, we were tasked to produce a comprehensive and more engaging marketing tool on the online platform. The most challenging yet exciting part is to provide every single level view and superimpose it onto the actual photos. In line with the Movement Control Order announced by the Government, we have to operate fully on a work-from-home basis.
For this project, we proposed to our client - Sime Darby a whole new idea for a comprehensive 360VR Tour during the 1st MCO. We worked closely with the landscape architect for every single detail of the buildings, facilities, and landscape.
With the trust of clients, we were requested to extend our scope to the WhatsApp call function and registration page.
With our online 360 VR Tour System that is a part of the sales and marketing tool kit, we proposed to our client a slim design 65’’ inch interactive kiosk standee that comes with high quality tempered glass protection that will further allow customers to experience the beauty of Jendela Residences. It is also fully equipped with a PC, Wi-fi, Bluetooth, and USB port. This allows our 360 VR Tour system to run and update smoothly without any hassle
Upon completion of the project, Sime Darby was satisfied with the work produced by the Framemakers Creative team. Moreover, we were informed that there was a 60% increase in Jendela Residences sales within 2 weeks of the campaign launch.
