CHALLENGES
Team Keris Berhad is the biggest real-estate developer in Perak State. We were assigned to carry out Branding Strategic, Creative, 3D Renderings (Visualization), Animation and Website Development for Palazzo Development with a limited timeframe of 7 weeks.
APPROACH
We were tasked with everything from branding design and communication to 3D rendering and animation video. During the project, we worked closely with Datin Irene and her marketing team to find out the unique selling point of Ipoh Garden East.
The highlight of this project was to showcase the unique architectural design and security with technological devices.

RESULT
Within a month of the launch, Team Keris sold 70% of the Palazzo property.
