THE CHALLENGE
We encounter several unique challenges. First, the intricate landscape and water features necessitate extensive water simulation for realism. Lastly, to enrich the user experience, we're actively seeking Indochine background music, this music will play a pivotal role in setting the right mood, enriching the sensory experience, and adding an authentic touch to our project.
RESULT
The first tower of UEM Sunrise Bhd’s latest high-rise residential development, The Minh, has achieved a take-up rate of 70% prior to its official launch on May 27.
